We just launched Facebook Connect for Loopt! Just log-in to your Loopt account online via loopt.com and select “Go here to setup your Facebook link” to get started.
With FB Connect for Loopt, you’ll be able to quickly and easily post status updates to Facebook from Loopt that include photos and locations. First, click on the FB Connect icon to link your Loopt to Facebook. Select whether you want to update your status and/or publish to your feed and follow the steps for each. Make sure to click on the “Save Changes” button once you’re done to enable FB Connect integration.
Congrats – now your status or feed updates on Facebook will be more interesting and pretty like the one below.
If your friends click on the photo or location tile, they’ll be able to view the location of your update on a map in a separate page. They can also enjoy viewing a full-size version of the photo you attached.
It doesn’t stop there though. Some cool additions that you can look forward to with Loopt-FB Connect integration include the ability to add your Facebook friends to your Loopt network and uploading geo-tagged Loopt photos to your Facebook photo albums.
You’ll eventually be able to link your Loopt to Facebook straight from Loopt on your mobile phone but, for now, go to loopt.com and log-in to your Loopt account on your browser to enable FB Connect integration.
